We are off now to Florida for Thanksgiving - more on that later.
Let's start on August 17 - Jonah's birthday.
Grandpa Ron and Grandma Nancy came for Jonah's first birthday.

Andi baked a beehive cake!
Galia and Ariella watch as Jonah blows out his candle.
First taste of chocolate. I'll have more, please!
Charlotte, Andi and Ariella out for tea.
In Michigan, with cousin Amy, Michael, and cousin Ally.
Aunt Naomi and Aunt Barbara.
The obligatory picture at Zingermans, pickle and all.
Ariella and Jonah on the Diag at U of M.
Back at Charlotte's house, with the kids.
At home, with Jonah's first birthday present from Nana and Papa, about to drag race with Ariella.
A great picture from putt-putt golfing.
Break-fast of Yom Kippur fell on the day after Rick's birthday. We had people over. Here's Maya, the world's best babysitter and friend to us and the kids, with Ariella. (Jonah now says "Maya" to every college student with straight long hair that he sees).
The whole family, on Daddy's birthday.
Sukkot, end of September, 2007, with the Broussis.
Ariela, Andi, Ariella, and Galia.
Rick shows Jonah how to shake the lulav.
And now, to LA. This is in Santa Monica. We can't believe the kids posed for this shot.
Aw, aren't they cute?
Cheryl visited from New York, and snuggled with Ariella.
On November 4th, Rick ran the Silicon Valley half-marathon in 2:18. Andi and Ariella made a sign. This is just after the race.
Then Papa Steve and Nana Donna visited from Atlanta.
We went to the Children's museum in San Jose. We could NOT pry Jonah away from this truck.
One last snuggle with the grandkids.

Thanks Andi. The pictures are fun. We enjoyed our visit. The babies have grown so fast. Be sure to tell Maya that Jonah followed all the dark-haired girls at the restaurant chanting, "Maya...Maya...Maya."
Love,
Nana
